招聘职位：Assistant FP&A Manager

职责描述：

-Market budgeting and monthly forecasting process for the APAC markets according to guidelines from Global and Regional

-Annual budget and forecast cycle data validation and uploading

-Assist in preparing the strategic business plan as part of the annual budgeting process

-Performance Reporting and Analysis

-Provide accurate, reliable, timely business dashboard and comments for business performance 360 diagnose and pulse check

-Prepare monthly financial report, commentaries and analysis on performance and highlight variances to budget, to facilitate the measurement of business performance

-Assist in competitor trend monitoring & analysis within Coffee RTD and for total Market (Distribution/Sales/Evol% by Category)

3:Business Support

-Validate monthly sales target setup for sales commission calculation and ad hoc special incentive programme for frontline engagement and sales stimulation

-Cost structure analysis in COGS and continuously operational cost re-engineering

-Ad hoc analysis for business new initiatives

任职需求：

- University graduate with major in finance or accounting

- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in multi-national companies

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Fluent in English, both written and speaking

- Good team player, could work under pressure and self-motivated
